General Assembly

The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body comprising all members of ICOM Philippines. The General Assembly convenes annually to discuss and decide on key matters concerning the organization.
Executive Board

Responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of ICOM Philippines. The Executive Board consists of elected officers who oversee the implementation of policies and programs.
Committees

Various committees are established to focus on specific areas of interest such as membership, finance, events, and advocacy. These committees play a crucial role in supporting the functions of ICOM Philippines and facilitating member engagement.
